Anything that can stain a white shirt—such as coffee, tea, red wine, dark juices, and sauces with colorants—can also stain your teeth. This is especially important during the first 15 days after treatment when teeth are more susceptible.
Do not consume very hot or very cold foods and drinks to minimize tooth sensitivity.
Using more gel than necessary will not improve results and may cause gum irritation or burns if overapplied.
